I want working parents, including myself, to be able to lead and contribute fully without having to give every hour of the day to work. Leading by example helps hold me accountable to my family and my team.

I’d love to see senior part-time work become an ordinary, well-supported way to lead. With roles designed around clear outcomes, trust and flexibility, people can lead ambitious work and be present for the people they love. I hope sharing my experience helps make that more possible for others.
