Jule Scherer

I love having a job that challenges and stretches me every day, where my work makes a real impact in helping to create a better world. I thrive on learning new things and turning ideas into action. At the same time, I value being actively involved in my children's lives and appreciate the flexibility to attend their school performances and events during the day.

Working part-time gives me the space to pursue the things I care about most. This includes volunteering, whether it’s helping at our local Repair Café or chairing the PTA at my kids’ school.

I truly believe that working six hours a day allows me to give the best of myself to my employer, to my family, and to my community. Each part of my life recharges and inspires me to show up fully in the others.
